Digital sports start-up Team Websites seeks investment

Founded in 2016, Team Websites prides itself on running a sustainable website creation solution, for the benefit and needs of grass roots football teams, throughout the UK.

As a digital sports start-up, with our user base spanning as far as Scotland, and being based in the South of England ourselves, we take pride in what we do and always aim to deliver an outstanding product and service to our loyal users.

Investing our time, passion and energy into this project, it has grown from the very first minute, now being a healthy start-up which is relied upon by numerous teams and their members. Our club sites are the official source of the latest news, upcoming fixtures and events. As an additional complimentary service, we provide our guidance and advice wherever necessary to help grow our users’ online presence.

Our goals for the continued growth of the platform include working with a handful of County FAs that will help highlight the services we offer, in return for a discounted team website, meaning a win-win outcome for all parties involved. On this point, we had a meeting with one County, who were very keen about getting involved in the imminent future. In addition, it has always been our intention to eventually build a mobile application that would allow teams to simultaneously update their website with just a few taps.

Morgan McLellan, co-founder, said: “From getting our very first paid signup in Foxhall Football Club to introducing our revolutionising free team website platform, we have plans to continue to expand, including the release of a new league website network – more details on this soon. There is building excitement for Team Websites, with our user base growing on a daily basis.”

Investment would be used to implement and build critical new features to further the growth of the service. The ideal investor would be a sports-loving enthusiast that is keen for the expansion of I.T. in sports for the benefit of participants, members and volunteers alike.

We would like to reassure users that the service is a sustainable one and we intend on resuming normal service for the foreseeable future. We provide regular support to all users during selected hours – by email, phone and live chat.

In addition, we would also like to hear from web and mobile app developers to implement a fully feature-rich sports website-app solution for the grassroots game.

To fulfil our goals and targets for the future, we now seek financial investment from an outside investor who shares our passion for the game. All interested parties are asked to get in touch by emailing: info@teamwebsites.co.uk. Alternatively, get in touch, by clicking here.
